Returns & Refunds

At DILEKTABLE, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it’s in a saleable condition.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, though there may be slight delays during busy periods.

Return Conditions

·         You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items.

·         Returns are processed within 10 working days of receipt.

·         Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags.

·         We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

·         Please include your packing slip, invoice, or return form inside the package to avoid delays in processing.

·         Affix the return label securely to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered. Note: our return labels are not pre-paid.

·         Once your return has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email within 5 working days.

❌ We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@dilektable.com with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.

Important Notes

·         Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund original shipping or packaging costs.
