At Dilektable, we do our best to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3pm are typically shipped the same day.

Expect delivery within 3-5 working days (please allow for weekends and bank holidays). Postcode restrictions may apply. This is a tracked service.

 

UK Free Standard Delivery (for orders over £75 UK ONLY)

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over £75 (UK only). This offer can be combined with other promotions. Delivery will typically take 3-5 working days, but during busy periods, it may take longer. For faster delivery, please select a different shipping option.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. You can track your order on the relevant website by entering the provided tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Dilektable is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address information. If the address is incorrect and the parcel is returned, the item will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable. You will incur an additional charge if you need the order reshipped.

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Care team at info@dilektable.com.

We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to factors beyond our control. If delays occur, we will do our best to inform you.
